Botanical specimens are the primary
visual source that informs my sculpture. They are inherently
logical and diverse in surface. The intention of my work is
to combine various elements from multiple objects to create
hybridized constructions. The purpose of this synthesis is
to draw parallels between the physical porperties of the natural
realm and the emotional qualities of the human one.
