Steel forms that are conceived of as if
they are from a single piece of solid steel, these fabrications
are intended to contrast as well as exist in chorus with the
environment in which they are positioned. Focusing on specific
vantages, capturing and directing space, the concern is to
proportionately relate the detail to the surrounding landscape
in order for it to exist on a sublime, contemplative plane.
The need to survey, measure and construct creates a condition
which allows for the transmutation of a temporal image to
become anchored, spiritually drawn in steel to solidify and
ripen in the field.
